One pan meals are where it’s at. Chop it up, throw it all together on a cookie sheet, then pour yourself a martini/beer/glass of wine, because lady – your job is pretty much done here.
The beauty of this dish is that you can make it your own. To accommodate the whole family, I added spicy sausages for the adults and milder versions for the kiddos. Don’t like green beans? Use broccoli or cauliflower instead.
