hello, friends! just a quick, mid-week motivational post!
nod your head if you’ve pinned tight butts and toned legs as inspiration to lose weight… yep, me too. but then i thought, why not find a photo of myself when i loved my own body?
back (way back) in 2009, i was in the best shape i’ve ever been in! everytime i see this picture i a) can’t believe that used to be my butt and b) get super inspired to own it once again.
so that’s my challenge to you… find a photo of yourself when you felt healthy, strong and confident. place it on your bathroom mirror or on your fridge (or anywhere else that may require a gentle reminder.)
maybe your old self will inspire your current self!
